Precision Manufacturing

Inside Our Workshop

Every table, chair, and cabinet is milled, joined, and oil-finished under one roof in our facility.

Structural Integrity

Grain-Matched Hardwood Joinery

We select solid American walnut and white oak slabs, pairing grain orientation across matching surfaces. Traditional mortise-and-tenon framing allows natural wood movement through changing seasons without structural compromise.

No hollow core panels or printed synthetic veneers. Every joint is precision milled to sub-millimeter tolerances before final hand fitting.

Organic Oil Finish

Hardwood slabs are air seasoned then kiln dried to precise internal moisture levels to prevent warping.

Computer-guided tooling carves architectural profiles and exact interlocking joinery into raw timber.

Master craftsmen assemble frames using traditional wooden pins and cold-press clamp tension.

Hand-rubbed matte oil coats preserve tactile grain warmth without creating a glossy barrier.
